- We ship to Canada and the contiguous United States (i.e., excluding Alaska and Hawaii) only. All orders are usually shipped with 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.
- Shipping Rates
- The following flat rate shipping and handling charges apply to all orders except sculptures:
- Free shipping on Jewelry orders over $100
- USA shipping - only $3.95 per order(except sculptures)
- Canada shipping - only $3.95 per order(except sculptures)
- Shipping and handling for sculptures varies by weight and size. We ship sculptures by the most economical methods available. Use the shipping quote tool at checkout to get accurate shipping charges for sculptures.
- Taxes and duties
- We charge sales taxes on orders shipped to canadian addresses (HST in BC and GST in all other provinces).
- Duty free shipping to Canada.
- US orders over $200 may be subject to US import duties. Payment of these duties is the customers responsibility.
- Privacy & Security
- Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. All customer information is strictly confidential and is not given or sold to any third parties. We may send newsletters to customer email addresses on file. Customers may unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time. We will also use customer email addresses to provide updates on orders including receipt, payment processing and shipping.
- Returns

- Items damaged in shipping may be returned to joolstone.com within 10 days of receipt at no expense to customers.
- Items may be returned in original condition within 10 days of receipt. Shipping charges for returned items will be at customer expense.
- All returned items are subject to inspection before any refunds will be issued.
