SHIPPING AND PROCESSING

Your order will be processed for shipping within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Tracking information will be sent to your registered email once your order ships.
  • Orders are shipped via tracked services of USPS, Canada Post and UPS.
  • Average shipping time for US and CA orders is 2-8 business days.
  • We cannot be responsible for carrier delays.
  • We cannot be responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged after tracking receipt is confirmed.
  • We cannot be responsible for packages that are lost or not delivered due to incorrect addresses.

 SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

  • We currently ship to the continental United States and Canada.
  • We do not currently ship to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories, PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses.
  • International shipping is coming soon!

  • FREE shipping on orders over $50 USD.
  • $7.99 on purchases under $50 USD.

CUSTOMS DUTY & IMPORT TAXES

  • All customs duty and import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Please check with your local customs office for further information if required.

DAMAGED ITEMS

  • Should your item arrive damaged, email us at info@joolstone.com within 24 hours of receipt.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • We offer an easy return policy in the event that you are not happy with your order.
  • If you are unhappy for any reason at all, contact us within 30 days of receipt.
  • All Items should be returned in original condition with all original packing.
  • To process a return, email info@joolstone.com for a Return Authorization number.
  • Once your return is processed you will receive return shipping instructions.
  • Refunds or exchanges will be issued on items that were returned in original condition within the return period.
